DESIGN OF COMBINED CYCLE COGENERATION PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY AND THERMAL ENERGY FROM RENEWABLE SOURCES
Description of the work
The project foresees the realisation of a combined-cycle cogeneration power station, fuelled by crude vegetable oils, with an overall net electric power of 52 MW and about 130 MW of thermal power, with a working net efficiency that reaches about 40.3%.
The plant is designed to produce electricity to be sold to eligible customers or transferred to the national operator (GRTN) in accordance with the regulations and medium pressure steam that will be used to satisfy the needs of thermal industries nearby for a total of 7.5 t/h and a thermal power of 5.7 MW.ambiente s.c.
